At Kaamyantra, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, returns and replacements are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Fashion & Clothing:
Due to the intimate and personal nature of fashion and clothing products, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold hygiene standards and protect customer health. We encourage you to carefully review product details and sizing before making a purchase.
Perishables:
Perishable items such as chocolates, body paints, candles, and edible products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This ensures that all customers receive fresh, uncontaminated items. Please verify all product details before completing your purchase.
Return/Replacement Timeline
We offer a 48-hour window from the time of delivery to initiate any return or replacement request.
Upon receiving your request:
• We will schedule a pickup through our delivery partner.
• After receiving the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
• If approved, your replacement will be shipped within 15 business days from the date of inspection.
• You will be notified of the status and estimated delivery date once the inspection is complete.
Late or Ineligible Returns
If you fail to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, your item may no longer be eligible for return or replacement. Returns will also be rejected if:
• The item has been used, worn, washed, or opened.
• The original seal, tags, or packaging have been tampered with.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return or replacement:
• The item must be in unused and original condition.
• It must have all original tags and packaging intact.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For any return or replacement request, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This helps verify the condition of the item upon delivery.
Please ensure:
• The unopened package is shown at the start of the video.
• The entire unboxing process is clearly recorded.
• Any damage, defects, or missing items are captured clearly.
Acceptable Reasons for Return or Replacement
We accept return/replacement under the following conditions:
• Defective or Damaged Product: If your item arrives broken or damaged.
• Incorrect Product: If the wrong item was delivered.
• Missing Item: If a product is missing from the package.
In all the above cases, the unboxing video is required as evidence.
Once the returned item reaches our fulfilment centre:
• It will be inspected by our Quality Team.
• Upon approval, a replacement will be dispatched.
• This process may take up to 15 working days, subject to stock availability.
